On September 7, Yuan Jianqiang, General Manager of Sinopec Oilfield Service Coporation (SSC), Zuo Yaojiu, Deputy General Manager, and Wei Dianju, Deputy General Manager of Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Company visited Jichai.  Zhou Jie, executive director and Secretary of the Party committee of the company, Miao Yong, general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, met with Yuan Jianqiang and his party. The two parties had a discussion and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
